“Clean, relaxing and friendly!” Rating: 4/5
We stayed there on the last weekend of June, during the festival of the Gaite in Bevagna. The location is optimal, because the villa is peacefully immersed in the nature but at the same time, it is just 2 minutes from Cannara and close to the main connections for all the beautiful surrounding towns (Assisi, Spello, Bevagna. ..). The building has been recently and impeccably renovated maintaining the ancient features, yet with modern rooms overlooking the valley. All the rooms are extremely clean. Paul and Daniela are kind and friendly and greet customers in the best way. Ideal for those who want to visit the beautiful Umbria and sleep soundly. Will definitely be back soon. We came home a little disappointed after having spent two wonderful days at Villa Colle Di Rocco … what can you say … everything is really amazing; the owners are two lovely people and always ready to satisfy every need !!! The rooms are really nice, we stayed in an apartment and it had everything. The breakfast was very good.. The location of the cottage is wonderful because it allows guests to enjoy a few days of pure relaxation in the country! We also bought their olive oil which is spectacular … I definitely recommend it! We had a great time and will definitely come back to see Paolo and Daniela. “Gorgeous place!” Rating: 5/5
The farmhouse has recently opened and it is really beautiful and nicely restored. Located in the countrysidem the position is fantastic: taking the car, you can easily reach towns such as Assisi and Perugia. The owners are friendly and super helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The Umbria region is fantastic and definitely I will stay here again, when I come back to visit this beautiful land! I recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from all and spend one or more days in the tranquility of nature. (Italian review translated into English)

“To regenerate….!” Rating: 4/5
A couple of weeks ago I was with my family in this charming cottage restored with beautiful details and surrounded by a breathtaking landscape. Ideal for visiting various interesting towns, which are really very close, such as Assisi, Spello, Bevagna …. and to regenerate after all the cultural day trips. Even my children, 9 and 12 years, appreciated the bed and breakfast because they felt completely at ease, due to the family atmosphere that reigns there . Despite being open for a few days I can say that there are not many things which need to be added …. for me it is already fine! Congratulations! You did a great job! “Totally immersed in nature” Rating: 5/5
The B & B has opened recently and is located in the hills a few km from Cannara. It ‘a little’ isolated and to reach it you need to drive down a dirt road for a hundred meters. What you notice as soon as you arrive at Villa Colle di Rocco is the beauty of the cottage, made from an old farmhouse perfectly restored, in a peace location, totally immersed in nature. Our room was decorated in a modern style, all in white – large and bright with a comfortable bed, a bathroom equipped with every comfort including a bidet and a spa tub. In the living area, there was a nice sofa, a flat screen TV and everything you need to prepare tea and coffee. From every window you can enjoy nothing but breathtaking views of the hills, olive groves and surrounding little towns. In addition to the private parking courtyard there was a gazebo with table and chairs, a barbecue area, an area with ancient farming tools and lots of colorful flowers everywhere. The owners welcomed us warmly and were more than kind and helpful throughout our stay. The warmth and friendliness of Paolo and Daniela made us feel right at home. It ‘was a real pleasure to spend a weekend at Villa Colle di Rocco and we hope to still be their guests when we go back again in Umbria in the future. Like in any resort newly opened there are still some small things to improve, however, seeing the enthusiasm and good will of the owners we are sure that everything will be “just right” in a short time. “A weekend of pure relax” Rating: 5/5
The resort is beautiful. Externally it is a classic stone farmhouse completely restored and nestled in the Hills among olive trees. Just tlooking the place you start relaxing! The interiors are fantastic, stylish and brand new, with an attention to detail which are close to perfection. The owners Paolo and Daniela are charming, we were pampered with a wonderful breakfast, wine tasting and olive oil they produce themselves … yummy! “Easter weekend….when passion becomes a profession” Rating: 5/5
When the Passion becomes a profession … This is the way I could summarize our experience at the Farmhouse Villa Colle Di Rocco. The cottage is located in the hills of Cannara, a small Umbrian village..famous for the Vernaccia wine and Moraiolo olive oil. The owners Paolo and Daniela, are “Innamorevoli” … as Paolo always describing the products and the beauty of his land. The exterior of the building is magnificent, a beautiful renovated farmhouse, with olive groves and vineyards as a frame. The stay was more than pleasant, cozy, clean and new rooms, enriched with spa bath or shower with cromotherapy.. not to mention the mini apartments with kitchen..large soft white beds ..it seemed like sleeping on a cloud. . Breakfast is formidabile..having stayed there at Easter, Paolo made us find the typical Umbrian Easter Breakfast… cheesebread with salumi.. not to mention the biscuits handmade by his mother … a delight. But we reached the top, with the olive oil and wine tastings that Paolo and Daniela passionately gave us on Sunday afternoon … an hour and a half of pure relaxation and fun … especially helped by the wine !!!
