Beautiful place and wonderfully restored. Ancient and new details are finely blended. Modern furniture, Jacuzzi tub and fully equipped kitchen make the room / mini apartment comfortable and also useful for cooking. The staff of exquisitly helpful. Excellent and learned local guide! Two days are not enough to enjoy this place, you need a whole month !!!! The bed is fabulous, wonderful and fantastic. A place to go to, if you want to escape from everyday life and stress. The villa is very well structured and is comfortable in everything … not to even mention the landscape that surrounds it !!! Thanks to the kindness of the owner, the pleasant conversation and his tips on what to see and eat in the restaurants nearby, Paolo makes you feel at home. A place to return to, not only because of the villa, but for the company of Paolo and his wife who put passion and love in what they do. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING !!! This is how you feel in this corner of Paradise. Paolo and Daniela wonderfully hospitable and full of love for the land and for the wonderful fruits that they have been able to cultivate and reap. The house is beautiful, comfortable..romantic and well-furnished. The location is perfect to easily reach all the most characteristic little towns of the area .. Everything is wonderful with a fantastic Paolo as landlord. We have tasted his delicious olive oil and his spectacular Vernaccia. The rooms are neat and clean. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful. “Simply marvellous…” Rating: 5/5
… yes, our stay at this property was simply marvellous … this old house, typical Umbrian, went through a refined restoration that lasted many years and was made accessible only three months ago. The rooms are very cozy and equipped with every comfort with kitchen, a large classic romantic bedroom and a huge bathroom, equipped with a cristal shower and rainfall shower head. The reception area along with the lobby / living room is in the oldest part of the house, from where then you can access the wine cellar. These rooms, where also the rich breakfast is served, are definitely comfortable and very well finished with wooden beams and pleasant modern furnishings, very well contextualized. The owner Paulo accompanied us, with his conversations, in a “journey” through the historical sites of the area and while pleasantly talking he offered us a glass of his Vernaccia wine, typical of Cannara. In fact, this beautiful house is surrounded by a huge botanical garden , also full of fruit trees that the owner cultivates. You can also visit a small museum area inside the farm grounds … so the only sour note was having to leave .. .but definitely we will be back soon. (Italian review translated into English )

We stayed at Villa Colle di Rocco during the last week of August. The villa is newly renovated and absolutely stunning ….. how beautifully exquisite are the owners Paolo and Daniela! The location is charming, overlooking Assisi and Spello and situated in a natural park with beautiful olive groves and vineyards. It is located very close to Cannara and you can quickly reach the main tourist sites (with the most distant ones at maximum one hour away) …. We recommended this farm stay for all those who want a place of extreme relaxation and for those who want to visit Umbria “as it should be” !!! Thanks again to Paolo and Daniela for their great courtesy and kindness !!! (Italian review translated into English )

We spent three days in a enchanting place, in the silence of the Umbrian Hills and in the magnificent B & B of Paolo and Daniela. This bed and breakfast is brand new and the rooms are very nice, spacious and clean, all furnished with great taste and elegance. The farm is located a stone’s throw from Assisi and the main towns of the area. The hospitality of the owners is unique and you cannot leave without first programming your next stay.
