The Farm House resort
We have two one-bedroom apartments with kitchen and ensuite bathroom. We also offer three bedrooms all equipped with ensuite bathroom. All the rooms are equipped with shower or bathtub, hairdryer, wardrobes, TV and Nespresso coffee machine and a free selection of tea and coffee.
The Farm
We have 4 hectares of olive groves and vineyards and our small winery produces IGT and DOC wines and extra virgin olive oil. For more information on our winery and agricultural activity please click here.
Check-In
Check-in is from 14:30 to 23:00. You must inform us of your approximate time of arrival. In case of need, with at least 24 hours notice, it is possible to arrive after 23:00.
Check-Out
Check-out is within 10:00 am on the day of departure. It is possible to request a late check-out up to 14.00 pm at an additional cost of 40 Euros (subject to availability).
Cleaning
The rooms are cleaned every 7 days. It is possible to request daily cleaning at a cost of 10 Euros per day per room/apartment.
Towels
Towels are changed every 3 days. Additional changes are possible, on request, with extra charge of 5 Euros per person.
Bed linen
Bed linen is changed every week. It is possible to request additional changes, on request with extra charge of 10 euros per bed.
Internet
Internet is available, free of charge, in the common room.
Wine-tasting Sessions.
Our staff will guide you on a journey to discover Umbrian food and wine. You will learn about typical local products and all the secrets of grape processing and end with a guided winetasting session of our owines. For prices and more information on tastings click here
It is also possible to buy our wines and our extra virgin olive oil.
Sports and Games
Table Tennis. The table tennis in the garden is available for guests. Please kindly ask us if you need rackets and balls.
Badminton. Rackets and shuttlecocks are available for guests. Please kindly inform us fif you need them.
Mountain Bike. Mountain bikes can be hired at the cost of 5 euros per day. Please kindly book one day in advance. There are beautiful cycling paths nearby, including the Norcia-Spoleto cycle path.
Trekking. Villa Colle di Rocco is located within a natural park near numerous hiking trails.
Horseriding. There are several horseriding facilities nearby. An expert guide will accompany you to discover the beauties of Umbria on horseback. The walks can last from an hour to a whole day. At the stables: riding lessons for adults and children. Reservations at least one day in advance
Tennis. In the centre of Cannara, there are two tennis courts. Reservation in advance is needed.
Parking
Free unattended parking is available on the property.
Barbecue
In the garden, tables, chairs and a barbacue are available for guests if they wish to organize their own al-fresco dining.

We kindly invite you to behave respectfully. Respect for nature and the tranquility of guests is appreciated, especially during rest hours. It is forbidden to bring external people in the rooms or common areas, unless otherwise agreed. It is forbidden to smoke in the rooms and interior spaces, and use heating appliances or open flames.
